We want you to love what you ordered. That said, we deal in real products, real labor, and real logistics — so our return policy reflects that. Please read this before you buy. If something doesn't look right, call or text Matthew at (208) 891-2376 before sending anything back.
PRO SHOP HARDWARE AND EQUIPMENT
Return Window
Most Pro Shop items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in like-new, unused condition with all original packaging and components included. All returns must be approved before anything ships back to us. Contact us first.
Restocking Fees

Items returned in a condition other than new and unused may receive a reduced refund or no refund, depending on the condition assessment.
Return Shipping
On voluntary returns (change of mind, no longer needed), return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We do not provide prepaid return labels for non-defective returns.
If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will work with you on shipping.
Orders Cancelled Before Delivery
Orders cancelled after placement but before delivery are handled case by case. If production or fulfillment has already begun on your item, fees may apply. Contact us as early as possible.
Manufacturer Warranties
All third-party products — including GolfJoy, Uneekor, Carl's Place products, and others — are covered under their respective manufacturer warranty terms. For warranty claims on third-party products, contact the manufacturer directly. We are happy to point you in the right direction if you need help.
Items That Are Not Returnable
- Software and digital goods (all sales final)
- Clearance or open-box items (sold as-is)
- Items that have been used, modified, or are missing original components
STUDIO ONE (PREFAB GOLF STUDIO)
Payment
Studio ONE orders require full payment at the time of purchase. Like buying a product online, your payment processes when you order. This covers manufacturing, materials, and delivery scheduling.
Cancellation Before Delivery
If you need to cancel before your studio is delivered, contact us immediately. Cancellation requests are handled case by case depending on manufacturing status. Once manufacturing has begun, we cannot guarantee any refund.
After Delivery
Once your Studio ONE has been delivered and set up on your property, no refunds are available. The studio is a manufactured structure placed on your site. There is no practical way to return it.
Studio ONE Warranty
Studio ONE structures and components carry a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. To submit a warranty claim, contact us directly:

IN-HOME BUILD-OUT SERVICES
Payment Structure
In-home simulator build-outs require full materials payment upfront. Remaining labor costs are due upon project completion.
Materials
Materials follow the same return policy as Pro Shop hardware above. If construction or work has not yet begun, materials may be eligible for return per those terms.
Once construction or work has begun, materials are non-refundable.
Labor
Services are non-refundable. Once work has begun on your project, some or all labor costs will be due depending on the stage of completion.
Travel Expenses
Travel expenses incurred for site visits, consultations, or project work are never refundable, regardless of project outcome.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING FEES
Delivery fees and shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases. These cover real costs incurred at the time of fulfillment.

All returns must be authorized before shipping. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, back to the original payment method.
